Many times before have I tried to write a thorough description of myself, and it almost always turns out the same. Perhaps this time I'll try separating this into nice discrete categories.
My name is Bruce Yu-sun Lin: male, age 18, living in humid Natchitoches, Louisiana, USA. From the looks of the name, you can correctly assume that I'm Asian (Taiwanese, specifically). I look like most Asians do: 5'6", 130lbs, black hair, dark eyes; nothing very outstanding. I have just finished my senior year at the Louisiana School and will soon be attending Louisiana State University as a computer science major. My voice is an octave or two below what my rather wirey frame suggests.
Somewhat freakish, if you ask me.
I do lots of stuff. Computers and related miscellany float my boat. Behind that, distance running and exercising keep me in shape. School occupies a huge chunk of my waking time. At LSU, my course list consists of differential equations (fun!), general biology, assembly programming, fiction, and interpersonal communication. I run, cycle, juggle, and play ping-pong, foosball, street hockey, and volleyball. For those restless nights, I drag out my 10.1" reflector to peer at some stars. "Social life?" you might ask: Whatever. I do enjoy dancing, but people generally frighten me.
Just kidding.
